Instructions to personalize letter:
1) Right click on the word "here" above and then click on "save target
as."
2) Navigate to the folder you would like to save the letter in and then
click on "save."
3) After the save is complete, click on "open."
4) Change everything that shows up in red. Don't change any of the
black.
5) Change red items to black. (Edit - Select All - Format - Font - Font
Color - select black - then press OK)
6) Make sure the entire letter fits on one page, and then save it again.
7) Print the letter.
