The band and colorguard will be traveling to Hawaii next year.  The dates are Monday April 5, 2010 through Saturday April 10, 2010. 

The final re-pricing is in (updated January 18).  I had informed you previously of the possible range of increases dependent upon a number of factors.  Now that we’ve finalized the airlines, hotel, breakfasts & dinners, and quantity of travelers, On Trek will be sending out invoices based on the following adjustments:
 
Full Packages
Student changes from $1,579.00 to $1,629.00.   A $50.00 increase.
Double changes from $1,859.00 to $1,954.00.  A $95.00 increase.
Single changes from $2,227.00 to $2,372.00.  A $145.00 increase.
 
Land Only
$884.00 to $934.00.  A $50.00 increase.
 
The increases are in line with the upper limits I had notified you of.  The original pricing of the trip was based on 135-149 travelers.  As it turns out, we will be 100-108 travelers.  Fewer travelers increased the price.  We have locked in one airline being Northwest.  Everyone will fly on the same plane to Hawaii and back.  Originally it looked like we would be on Northwest and Continental.  This is such a relief from a logistics standpoint.  We switched from the Aston at the Waikiki Banyan to the Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa.  We were so fortunate that the Hilton reduced their hotel prices to within an acceptable range to switch to a vastly superior hotel right on the beach.  I think overall we have increased the quality of the trip that includes the airfare, hotel, food and sightseeing.  If you have any questions, Henri Soucy can be reached at (714) 281-3282. 
 
At this time we are not adding any more travelers.  If you would like to be put on the pending list, please contact Henri Soucy at (714) 281-3282. Per the airline policy if someone cancels we have to add the new person in the same transaction.  They allow for substitutions to be made with no additional charge up until 60 days prior to travel.   So if you are on the pending list, you have to be prepared to pay to the current amount on the payment schedule at that time.  Otherwise, we will process the cancellation and cannot add a new person.
