The annual day at Disney California Adventure
will be on Thurssday,
December 4. Students who are members
will not have to pay the
$20
transportation cost because it was included in
their membership
benefits. All students who are not
members will have to pay the
$20 transportation cost in the Band Room
Lockbox by the deadline of
November 20. Also if they owe for their
competitive band camp fee
and/or their uniform fee, that has to be
paid. In addition,
students must meet the eligibility
requirements outlined in the
Shamrock Regiment Policy Manual (B+ or higher,
no more than 5 unexcused
absences from sectionals, rehearsals,
performances, or zero
period). Our performance time is
TBD. This is not a required
performance. Any student who
wants to stay at school may do so. Any
teacher can deny a student
permission to go to Disneyland for academic or
behavioral
reasons.
A list of students
eligible to participate is posted in
the band room. Please check with your
student early to avoid last
minute rushing and problems. Family
members may attend, but
please be prepared to provide your own
transportation and to pay for
your entrance ticket.
