Call time is going to be 5:45
a.m. We will be arriving at the race track parking lot around
8:40, serving danish and juice to the students and then they will
change into their uniforms to warm up. Step off time is 10:45 and
we will be going through the competition area at 11:45. Following
the parade the band will change into street clothes and will have free
time at Westfield
Shoppingtown Santa Anita from about 1:00 until 2:15. Bring
lunch money! At 2:30 we will be loading up and traveling east to
Azusa High
School for rehearsal. From there we will proceed on to Citrus
College in Glendora
for the field show. We will
perform at 6:23. Following our
perfomance the band will change out of their uniforms and will be
feasting on pizza and soda. After that we will return to the
stands to watch the remaining 6A bands and for the Awards
Ceremony. We anticipate
being back home around 11:30 p.m.

Final Staging: 6:15 pm
Performance: 6:23 pm
Change out of uniform: 6:45 pm
Eat Dinner: 7:00 pm
Return to stands to watch 6A bands: 8:00 pm
Awards: 9:00 pm
ETA JFK: 11:30 pm
Watch for a
flyer asking for
breakfast contributions. Each band member will be assigned
something
to bring to contribute to the breakfast.
